Laurel Nava serves as the Deputy Executive Director at CITE (California IT in Education), which is the member home for public K-12 technology professionals. Prior to this role, she worked as a Program Associate at WestEd's California Comprehensive Center, where she provided professional development, process improvement and implementation, and evaluation services to the California Department of Education (CDE), State Board of Education (SBE), and local educational agencies. Since 1999, Laurel has supported public organizations, including the Community College Foundation, City of Sacramento, and California County Superintendents by providing organizational development services, policy analysis, and education programming.
