Learn how to increase wellness by recognizing signs of compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma as a crucial step in promoting empathy, well-being, and resilience in yourself and teams you lead. Becoming more familiar with these concepts and how they impact the world of education will allow for prevention and early intervention to mitigate symptoms that leaders and teams may be experiencing. Normalizing conversations increases safety and awareness of self- care strategies to support wellness.
